Air Chief Marshal, Rao Qamar Suleman, Chief of the Air Staff, Pakistan Air Force (PAF) said on Thursday that PAF has always matched number with quality training.
He was addressing the re-equipment ceremony held at No.1 Fighter Conversion Unit, PAF Base Mianwali.
The ceremony marked the end of long and illustrious services rendered by veteran Chinese FT-5 fighter training aircraft.
Rao Qamar Suleman said the advanced and focussed training at No.1 FCU on K-8P aircraft would assist PAF to remain second to none.
“This aircraft will play an important role in the training of our pilots for the future and will have a significant impact on the operational readiness of the PAF,” he added.
