What an Ingenious way of making profit !

The Prime Minister of Pakistan has been very kind to allocate Rs. One Billion for loans to the youth of Pakistan who constitute more than one Fourth of the Twenty Crore Pakistanis at the interest rate of 8 percent. If only three crore youth apply for this loan paying Rs.100 per Application Farm this will amount to Three Billion Rupees. If 8 % interest on One billion is added to it the total recovery of the government, it will amount to 3.8 Billion Rupees. That means the government will make a prophet of Rs. 2.8 billion by investing only one Billion Rupees. What an ingenious way of making profit by a shrewd businessman !
