The delivery of Israeli Phalcon to India, significantly, upsets the balance of power in South Asia. An outcome of this development will be the alienation of Pakistani people and it’s Armed Forces from the West and its policies. The duality of approaches towards India and Pakistan by the West and it allies like Israel, may significantly affect the current campaign of Pakistan’s armed forces to crush Jihadists.
When, Pakistan was offered AWACS, during the 1980’s, the United States retracted the offer, after India raised the objection of “introducing strategic technologies to upset the arms balance between India and Pakistan.”
