Modi Trump Howdy

LETTER TO EDITOR

September 24th, 2019

Modi Trump Howdy

I understand the Modi Trump Howdy in Houston attracted a lot many Indians – though not as many as anticipated. And there was also a sizable crowd of protesters as well there. Anyway I am sort of surprised that the Indian Diaspora living in the USA and exposed to higher values of freedom and human rights there had come to hear Modi – Modi the butcher of Gujrat 2000 Muslims,  the Hitler & Nazi Loving Racest of the worst order after Hitler promoting Saffronism and Hindutva through the RSS and killing Muslims and the minorities without impunity at leisure, the fascist of Kashmir where he has created the largest jail in the world by clamping an unending Curfew ( today being 52nd day) on nearly 10 million innocent, men, women, old and sick Kashmiris  and young school going children and depriving them of any contact with the outside world by denying them all forms of communications, landline phones, Cell phones, Internet, WhatsApp, Face Book, Tweeter, Newspapers, Radio and TV anything etal. The Kashmiris short of food and critically of medicines are totally cut off from the rest of the world in the so called largest democracy of the world.

Modi Hero is Hitler- Modi Plans to Kill 8 Million Kashmiris

How can the Indians residing in America tolerate such a person is beyond me?

1965 War: Refocus on the Victory Day

1965 War: Refocus on the Victory Day

 By

Sajjad Shaukat

September 20 is celebrated by every Pakistani as the Victory Day, as on this very day; Pakistan won the 1965 war which India imposed on the latter on September 6, 1965.

In 2015, BJP-led government of the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi had celebrated the golden jubilee of that war, which New Delhi had never celebrated in the past. In order to propagate that the 1965 war was won by them, Indian celebrations began on August 28, 2015, and went on until 22 September-the day India and Pakistan agreed to an UN-sponsored ceasefire. The Indian Army and the Indian Air Force organised tableaux, exhibitions, processions, public lectures and film shows. Modi-led entities launched campaigns on print and electronic media besides other social events, depicting the war to have been a “one-sided” affair.  Ignoring reality, India celebrated false victory of that war. On the other side, Pakistan was quite justified in relation to its golden jubilee celebrations of the Indo-Pak war of 1965, because it defeated India.

It is notable that in his book, titled “The Duels of the Himalayan Eagle: The First Indo-Pak Air War”, Ex-Indian Air Marshal Bharat Kumar admitted Indian defeat in the war of 1965.

However, on the 6th of September in 1965, India crossed the international border, on the western front marking an official beginning of the war. An attempt to cross the BRB canal was made over the bridge in the village of Barki, Lahore.

Pakistan’s Armed Forces rose to the occasion in wake of Indian sudden attack, and in Lahore, they held the bridges over the canal or blew up those it could not hold. Indian Regiment had also crossed the BRB canal and captured the town of Batapore (Jallo Mur). The same day, a counteroffensive, consisting of an armoured division and infantry division forced the Indian 15th Division to withdraw to its starting point. In this regard, the huge credit goes to the all men of Pak Army, who were deployed in the Lahore areas of Wahgah, Burki etc. Among them, Major Raja Aziz Bhatti played a huge role in the outcome of the Lahore battles and was martyred.

As regards Sialkot, the 1965 war witnessed some of the largest tank battles since World War II, and was fought at Chawinda in Sialkot sector—The Battle of Chawinda resulted into a victory of Pakistan whose armoured forces destroyed 120 tanks of India.

MM Alam

Regarding aerial warfare between Pakistan Air Force (PAF) and Indian Air Force (IAF), the latter emerged as victorious in the Indo-Pak war of I965. Pakistan Air Force gained a lot of credibility among Pakistan military and international war writers for a successful defence of Lahore and other important areas of Pakistan and heavy retaliation to India. During that war, PAF had destroyed 100 Indian aircraft on the ground and in the air, while damaged more than 10—not counting the undermined losses inflicted by PAF’s night bombing.

The then Squadron Leader M. M. Alam rewrote the history of air warfare on 7th September by setting new records, while defending Pakistan’s Airspace against the aggressors, and shot down five Indian aircraft in less than sixty seconds at Sargodha. He can genuinely be branded as a “hunter of the hunters”.

The role of the Pakistan Navy in the Indo-Pak war of 1965 is also appreciable. Securing Pakistan’s coasts, it played a vital role in defeating India. The Operation Dwarka marked was launched by Pakistan on September 7, 196. The Indian town of Dwarka was chosen to be a target of the attack. The Pakistani operation was successful and its warships harboured in Bombay, making the Indian Navy unable to sortie. In this context, Ghazi, the only submarine was deployed to attack heavy ships of the Indian Navy, aiding Operation Dwarka.

Besides, the Pakistan Army launched a number of successful covert operations to infiltrate and sabotage Indian airbases and military installations. On September 7, 1965, the Special Services Group (SSG) commandos were parachuted into enemy territory. According to Chief of Army Staff General Muhammad Musa, about 135 commandos were airdropped at three Indian airfields. The commando mission affected some planned Indian operations.

Despite Indian surprise invasion in 1965, while showing courage, and by sacrificing their lives, the Pakistani forces’ counterattack not only recaptured the territories from India, but also took Khem Karan from Indian forces including various regions of Rajasthan, Sindh, and Chumb sector in Kashmir.

Notably, during the war, the whole nation showed solidarity with Pakistan’s Armed Forces and the air of the country was full of anthems and patriotic songs, especially in Noor Jehan’s voice which prompted every soldier to fight harder. There were a lot of national heroes like Brigadier Ahsan Rashid, Major Raja Aziz Bhatti, SQN LDR M. M. Alam, SQN LDR Sarfaraz Ahmed Rafiqui etc., most recognized, many unsung, we remember them always and particularly on September 20, marking the Victory Day.

It is noteworthy that unlike Indian false claim of victory by the Modi government, Pakistan won that war. In fact, when Indians were at the edge of loss, some of their officials went to the USA and requested for a ceasefire, because they did not want further loss.

India’s Prime Minister Shastri suffered a fatal heart attack soon after the declaration of the ceasefire through Tashkent Declaration.

It is worth mentioning that the “Official History of the 1965 War”, drafted by the Ministry of Defence of India 1992 realised Indian miscalculations. According to it, on 22 September when the Security Council Security was pressing for a ceasefire, the Indian Prime Minister asked commanding Gen. Chaudhuri, if India could possibly win the war, were he to delay accepting the ceasefire. The general replied that most of India’s frontline ammunition had been used up and the Indian Army had suffered considerable tank losses.

Air Chief Marshal (R) P.C. Lal who was the Vice Chief of Air Staff during the conflict points to the lack of coordination between the IAF and the Indian army.

These statements and ground realities prove that there is no doubt that Pakistan won the war of 1965 by defeating India.

Undoubtedly, despite the qualitative and numerical superiority of India, it was due to the spirit of sacrificing their own lives, motivated by Pak Army’s Motto–Iman, Taqwa, Jihad and Fi Sabilillah that Pakistan’s Armed Forces fought bravely and courageously. In this context, in his historical address, the then President of Pakistan, Field Marshal Ayub Khan gave reference of Kalama-e-Tayyaba.

Now, this very day has come at a time when Pakistan is facing Indian aggressive designs. In this regard, Indian extremist Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s government ended the special status of the Jammu and Kashmir on August 5, 2019, while scrapping articles 35A and 370 of the Constitution in a malicious attempt to turn Muslim majority into a minority in the Indian Occupied Kashmir (IOK). Indian forces have continued lockdown and curfew in the IOK and also martyred many people by accelerated firing at the stone-pelting Kashmiris who are protesting against Indian illegal actions.

Pakistan’s forces, especially, Pak Army and Rangers have been responding to India’s unprovoked firing at the Line of Control (LoC) boldly inside Pakistani side of Kashmir.

Tensions further increased on August 16, this year when Indian Defence Rajnath Singh threatened Pakistan with nuclear war. In response, Pakistan’s Prime Minister Imran Khan also gave a similar reply.

Besides, Premier Khan and Chief of the Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa repeatedly said that Pakistan’s Armed Forces are fully ready to meet any prospective aggression or invasion by India. For this purpose, the country’s Armed Forces are on high alert.

On August 7, 2019, unity was witnessed by the ruling party PTI, the opposition parties-PPI, PML-N and the religious parties when the joint session of the parliament unanimously passed resolution in condemnation of “India’s unilateral and illegal move to scrap Kashmir’s special status”, as enshrined in the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) resolutions—“deployment of additional troops and atrocities in Indian occupied Jammu and Kashmir”.

Nonetheless, while celebrating the Victory Day of the 1965 war, Pakistanis pay tribute to every Shaheed and Ghazi whom they salute to symbolize country’s love for those men in uniform, as they would live alive due to their deeds.

Nevertheless, the Victory Day is celebrated every year as Pakistan’s courageous Armed Forces and the entire nation stood united in 1965 for the defense of the homeland against India which had threatened the territorial integrity of the beloved country through all-out war. By imbibing the spirit of 1965 war, the entire nation must stand with Pakistan’s Armed Forces which are ready to respond to India’s any prospective misadventure or invasion.

‘Gyanvapi Mosque’, Turning into Another Babri Mosque Incident

‘Gyanvapi Mosque’, Turning into Another Babri Mosque Incident

By

              Sajjad Shaukat

In the Indian general elections of 2019, BJP and National Democratic Alliance (NDA) won huge majority in the Lok Sabha. Hindu majority was mobilized on ‘hate Muslim’ slogans and ‘anti-Pakistan’ jargons.

Indian Prime Narendra Modi’s extremist party BJP had also got a land sliding triumph in the Indian elections 2014 on the basis of anti-Muslim and anti-Pakistan slogans. Indian election-campaign against Islam, Muslims and Pakistan enabled BJP hardliner Modi to become Indian prime minister. Whereas, the Muslim community in India had felt alienated, frightened and perturbed, as most of them were also effectively disenfranchised.

In this regard, various developments like unprecedented rise of Hindu extremism, persecution of Muslims, assaults on Muslims, including their places of worships and property by the fanatic Hindu mobs, inclusion of Hindu religious books in curriculum, forced conversion of Muslims into Hindus and ban on beef and cow slaughter clearly showed that encouraged by the Hindu fundamentalist groups such as BJP, RSS VHP, Bajrang Dal and Shiv Sena, including other similar parties have been promoting religious and ethnic chauvinism in India by propagating the ideology of ‘Hindutva’ (Hindu nationalism) which is the genesis of Hindu terrorism.

However, BJP played the same anti-Muslim and anti-Pakistan card to gain votes of a majority of Hindus in the general elections 2019. Therefore, since Prime Minister Modi returned to power, he has been implementing anti-Muslim and anti-Pakistan agenda with the support of fanatic coalition outfits to further strengthen the ideology of ‘Hindutva’.

26 years ago, Indian Constitution which claims India to be a secular state was torn into pieces when on December 6, 1992, a large crowd of Hindu Karsevaks (Volunteers) entirely demolished the 16th-century Babri Masjid (Mosque) in Ayodhya, Utter Pradesh in a preplanned attempt to reclaim the land known as RAM Janmabhoomi–birthplace of the god.

In a 2005 book, India’s former Intelligence Bureau (IB) Joint Director Maloy Krishna Dhar wrote that Babri mosque demolition was “planned 10 months in advance by top leaders of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), BJP BJP/Sangh Parivar, VHP, Shiv Sena, the Bajrang Dal and the then Prime Minister P.V. Narasimha Rao. Dhar elaborated, “He had drawn up the blueprint of the Hindutva [Hindu nationalism] assault at Ayodhya on December 1992.”

However, on December 6, 1992, the RSS and its affiliates organized a rally involving 150,000 VHP and BJP Karsevaks at the site of the mosque. The ceremonies included speeches by BJP leaders such as L.K. Advani, Murli Manohar Joshi and Uma Bharti. During the first few hours of the rally, the crowd began raising militant slogans. A police cordon had been placed around the mosque in preparation for an attack. Nevertheless, around noon, a young man managed to slip past the cordon and climb the mosque itself, brandishing a saffron flag. This was seen as a signal by the mob, who then stormed the structure. The police cordon, vastly outnumbered, fled. The mob set upon the building with axes, hammers, and grappling hooks, and within a few hours, the entire mosque was levelled. Hindu fanatics also destroyed numerous other mosques within the town.

A 2009 report of the inquiry commission clearly identified BJP, RSS and VHP as the organizations responsible for the incident.

Now, another Babri Mosque episode is in the making. In this connection, on the eve of filing nomination papers for Lok Sabha 2019 from Varanasi (Kashi), Uttar Pradesh (UP), Prime Minister Modi had announced to materialize the construction of “Kashi Vishwanath temple or Vishwanath Dham”  at a cost INR 600 crores.  Kashi is the sacred place of Hindus on the embankments of River Ganga, attributed to Shiv god generally represented by “Shiv Ling”.  The project aims at clearing an area of around 45,000 square metres—create dedicated 50 feet wide pathways. Being the constituency of Modi, the area and the project has been given extraordinary attention by the UP government under Hindu extremist Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.

Reportedly, UP authorities have stepped up the clearing activities and destroyed many old buildings/temples and the area is full of rubble. About 45,000 square feet of land surrounding the temple has been cleared while demolishing about 300 homes and displacing 600 families in the process. Many local residents have also complained that their houses were got vacated or forcibly purchased. To register their dislike, local have started protest activities. Local Hindu priests also seem furious over the destruction of their temples and even dare to allege both   “Modi and Adityanath” worse than Mughal emperor Aurangzeb.

Swami Avimukteshwaran is the head of the Sri Vidya Math, Varanasi and one of the disciples of Shankaracharya Swaroopanand Saraswati. He has been among the more vociferous opponents of the project. He maintains that “They have destroyed 15 or 20 temples and numerous idols. They had been there since ancient times. It is an attack on our faith”. Varanasi residents also claim that “This corridor is being built by crushing the soul of Kashi”.

Apart from the destruction of Hindu temples and desecration of Shiv ling places, there is another issue of grave importance, fomenting in the area, There is centuries-old Muslim mosque titled the ‘Gyanvapi mosque’ which is adjacent to Modi’s Kashi Vishwanath temple project. Reportedly, some Hindu extremist activists had attempted to burry an idol of bull (Nandi) to claim (on the lines of Babri mosque issue) that the mosque site was a Hindu site, however, they were caught red-handed and the issue was hushed up.

Much like the history of the Babri Masjid site, Hindu groups have been continuously claiming rights to the land of the ‘Gyanvapi mosque’. In 1936, after disputes with the Hindu residents of the area, Muslims filed a suit in civil court in then Benarus (now Varanasi). In 1937, the court allowed the Muslim to offer prayers and celebrate the ritual of the Sufi saint, buried in the courtyard of the mosque.

In 1991, PV Narasimha Rao government passed “the Places of Worship (Special Provisions) Act”, which states that all religious sites would be maintained as they were on 15 August 1947.

Despite this law, in 1991, RSS activist Somnath Vyas filed a case in a Varanasi civil court, demanding that the mosque site be handed over to the Kashi Vishwanath temple.

As the work for the corridor has accelerated, so has the frequency of incidents related to the Gyanvapi mosque? Not long after the Allahabad high court issued its stay, on October 25, 2018, a government contractor demolished the Chhattadwar Chabutra, the boundary wall on the north side of the mosque site. The incident caused flare-up among the local residents. Muslims from the area gathered, and protested the administration’s decision, stating that it would endanger the mosque.

Meanwhile, the corridor project—ongoing demolition of structures surrounding the mosque site and posed dangers to the mosque, have also prompted the state government to increase the security. Since the demolition of the Babri Masjid, the area (Varanasi) has been also witnessing Hindu-Muslim tension every year and there are imminent chances of an imploding sit with regard the ‘Gyanvapi mosque’ turning into another Babri Mosque incident like issue as Modi’s Kashi Vishwanath corridor has provided Hindu extremist groups a golden opportunity to demolish the mosque.

While Muslim majority-states are honouring Modi with titles and allowing construction of Hindu temples in India, Modi and RSS Hindu extremists are gradually destroying Muslim relics with impunity. The ‘Gyanvapi mosque’ issue will be an eye-opener for the Indian Muslims to recalibrate their loyalties with India as “this is Modi’s new India where minorities specially the Muslims has no place”.

The apathetic attitude of the international community towards Modi’s muscular policies against the Muslims, including the Kashmiri people is unfortunate and shameful. As the world has been opposed to the extremism of all sorts, why the international community is “deaf and dumb” to the exploding Hindu extremism?

It is the right hour that the international community must take serious notice of the Modi-led Hindu fundamentalism, as ‘Gyanvapi Mosque’ is turning into another Babri Mosque incident.

Did Israel’s Mossad, U. S. Gov’t Mastermind 9/11 Attacks In New York?

mossad-911.jpg

wolfowitz-rumsfield-clark_03-22-216.jpg

Rabbi Michael Lerner once wrote of the ADL (Anti-Defamation League of B’nai B’rith) that, “The ADL, like the Simon Wiesenthal Center in Los Angeles, has built its financial appeal to Jews on its ability to portray the Jewish people as surrounded by enemies who are on the verge of launching threatening anti-Semitic campaigns. It has a professional stake in exaggerating the dangers, and sometimes allows existing racial or political prejudices in the Jewish world to influence how it will portray the potential dangers.”

Well, it must be fundraising time again because the anti-Farrakhan brigade has emerged once again within the ADL to renew the stitching on the thread to the scarlet letter “A” that they long ago affixed to the public mentioning of the name of the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan.  That “A” of course stands for “anti-Semite,” even though as a Black man and a Muslim the Minister fits the definition of a Semitic person and would be rather insane to be anti his own kind.

This time they have done so due to the strong words of the Minister spoken recently in part 2 of his magnificent Saviours’ Day address.  In part 2 the Minister forcefully spoke to questions about the roots of the 9/11 attacks on the World Trade Centers in New York.  This narrative questions the role of Muslims and questions Israel’s role in the WTC bombings.

In reaction to the ADL’s recent write-up, Minister Farrakhan sat for an interview with Final Call Editor-In- Chief Richard Muhammad to discuss the issues at hand. In this interview the Minister reiterated his narrative from his part 2 Saviours’ Day address by stating, Paul Wolfowitz talking to General Wesley Clark 10 years before 9/11 telling him they were going to clean out the Middle East. And then 10 days after 9/11, a general in the Pentagon pointed out to Mr. Clark a memo that contained plans to take down seven Muslim nations in five years. … The ADL understands, that once the American people know that this country or the government and some members of it are, in fact, a party to the conspiracy to take down the Twin Towers in a false flag operation that was designed to create a situation that would so frighten, alarm, and anger the American people that they could direct that anger against the Muslim World and bring the war effort to take down seven Muslim nations in five years. Facts are now coming to light that show Muslims were not responsible for 9/11.”

What the Minister has stated about General Clark is true

Gen. Clark sat down for an interview with Democracy Now’s Amy Goodman in 2007 and an excerpt of that interview contains the following: “I had been through the Pentagon right after 9/11. About ten days after 9/11, I went through the Pentagon and I saw Secretary Rumsfeld and Deputy Secretary Wolfowitz. I went downstairs just to say hello to some of the people on the Joint Staff who used to work for me, and one of the generals called me in. He said, “Sir, you’ve got to come in and talk to me a second.” I said, “Well, you’re too busy.” He said, “No, no.” He says, “We’ve made the decision we’re going to war with Iraq.” This was on or about the 20th of September. I said, “We’re going to war with Iraq? Why?” He said, “I don’t know.” He said, “I guess they don’t know what else to do.” So I said, “Well, did they find some information connecting Saddam to al-Qaeda?” He said, “No, no.” He says, “There’s nothing new that way. They just made the decision to go to war with Iraq.” He said, “I guess it’s like we don’t know what to do about terrorists, but we’ve got a good military and we can take down governments.” And he said, “I guess if the only tool you have is a hammer, every problem has to look like a nail.”

So I came back to see him a few weeks later, and by that time we were bombing in Afghanistan. I said, “Are we still going to war with Iraq?” And he said, “Oh, it’s worse than that.” He reached over on his desk. He picked up a piece of paper, And he said, “I just got this down from upstairs” — meaning the Secretary of Defense’s office — “today.” And he said, “This is a memo that describes how we’re going to take out seven countries in five years, starting with Iraq, and then Syria, Lebanon, Libya, Somalia, Sudan and, finishing off, Iran.”

Mossad Behind 9/11

Author Walt Gelles discusses how some international government officials have also pointed to Israeli Mossad as being behind the 9/11 attacks. According to the Gelles’ article U.S., Italy, Germany All Agree–9/11 Was An Inside Job, several reputable government insiders questioned who was responsible for 9/11 and some blamed American government insiders and Mossad, the Israeli spy agency. Gelles writes, “Andreas von Bulow—former German defence minister, cabinet technology minister in Helmut Schmidt’s administration, and member of the German parliament for 25 years. In 2003 he told the U.K. Daily Telegraph why he believes the U.S. government carried out the September 11 attacks in its quest to achieve global domination.  “If what I say is right, the whole U.S. government should end up behind bars,  They have hidden behind a veil of secrecy and destroyed the evidence—that they invented the story of 19 Muslims working within Osama bin Laden’s al-Qa’eda—in order to hide the truth of their own covert operation.”

Von Bulow asserted that the World Trade Center collapsed due to explosives, not the impact of airplanes, according to Gelles. Von Bulow said that no planes flew into the Pentagon or crashed in Pennsylvania and that mobile phone calls made by those on the latter flight were simulated by the CIA.  He also claimed that the Israeli intelligence service, Mossad, was involved in the attacks and that it warned Israelis to avoid the Twin Towers in the days before 9/11, Gelles reported.

According to the Gelles piece, Francesco Cossiga, former President of Italy (1985-1992) and former Prime Minister, told Italy’s most respected newspaper, Corriere Della Sera, that the 9/11 attacks were run by the CIA and by Israel’s spy agency Mossad and that this was common knowledge among global intelligence agencies.  In November 2007, Cossiga declared:  “… All the [intelligence services] of America and Europe … now know well that the disastrous attack has been planned and realized by the American CIA and the Mossad with the aid of the Zionist world in order to falsely incriminate Arabic countries and to persuade the Western Powers to intervene in Iraq and Afghanistan,” Gelles said.

The writer also cites Alan Sabrosky, former Director of Studies at the U.S. Army War College–Strategic Studies Institute. “I am also absolutely certain as a strategic analyst that 9/11 itself, from which all else flows, was a classic Mossad-orchestrated operation. But Mossad did not do it alone. They needed local help within America (and perhaps elsewhere) and they had it, principally from some alumni of PNAC (the misnamed Project for a New American Century) and their affiliates within and outside of the U.S. Government (USG), who in the 9/11 attacks got the ‘catalytic event’ they needed and craved to take the U.S. to war on Israel’s behalf, only eight months after coming into office,” Gelles quotes Sabrosky as saying.

Alan Hart is “an author, former Middle East Chief Correspondent for Independent Television News, and former BBC Panorama presenter specializing in the Middle East. He has authored the three-part series Zionism: The Real Enemy of the Jews. Hart believes that the destruction of the World Trade Center was destroyed by planes that had been fitted with transponders and that Israeli Mossad agents guided them into the towers.” Oberlin Professor Joy Karega has also discussed Israeli involvement in 9/11 in her extramural commentaries.

These are just a sampling of the experts and officials whose on the record admissions raise issues Minister Farrakhan has raised and issues the ADL objects to. Minister Farrakhan’s exposure of hidden truths finds him in the company of global truth-tellers, who are courageously awakening the masses of the people. By contrast, the ADL is continuing it’s long ugly, yet profitable, history of character assassinations on the critics of Israel and the Jewish people.

Thank God for Minister Farrakhan! For as the sun of truth continues to rise and shine, the ADL’s carnal efforts to hide and destroy the truth become more and more transparent; for theirs is a losing battle against the encroachment of truth whose time has finally come.
