GOOD GOVERNANCE FORUM WAS THE FIRST AND ONLY THINK TANK TO PUBLICLY DECLARE THAT IT WAS A POORLY-SCRIPTED DRAMA. 
 
FOLLOWING FACTS SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES.
 
THE CAR ALLEGEDLY CARRYING HAMID MIR WHEN HE WAS ATTACKED HAS ONLY TWO BULLET HOLES WHILE IT HAS BEEN REPORTED BY A SECTION OF THE MEDIA THAT HAMID MIR RECEIVED SIX BULLETS. THE NUMBER OF BULLETS INCREASED FROM TWO ON THE FIRST DAY TO SIX ON THE 3RD DAY.
 
THE CAR BACKSEAT WHERE HAMID MIR WAS SITTING AT THE TIME OF THE ATTACK DID NOT HAVE BLOOD STAINS.
 
THE DRIVER AND THE GUN MAN OF HAMID MIR WERE HANDED OVER TO THE POLICE ON 22ND APRIL AFTER FOUR DAYS OF THE INCIDENT.
 
THE CAR ALLEGEDLY FIRED UPON WAS WASHED AND HANDED OVER TO THE POLICE ON 22ND APRIL AFTER FOUR DAYS OF THE INCIDENT.
 
HAMID MIR HAS NOT YET BEEN SHOWN IN ANY VIDEO FROM THE TIME HE ARRIVED AT THE HOSPITAL TO THIS DATE.
 
THE JUDICIAL COMMISSION HAS BEEN CONSTITUTED ON A FAST TRACK TO INVESTIGATE THE INCIDENT BUT THE F.I.R. OF THE INCIDENT HAS NOT YET BEEN LODGED WITH THE POLICE.
 
HAMID MIR WAS NOT UNCONSCIOUS AT THE TIME OF HIS ARRIVAL AT THE HOSPITAL ON THE DAY OF THE INCIDENT BUT HE REMAINED UNCONSCIOUS TILL 22ND APRIL.

 
THE MINISTRY OF DEFENCE HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO WRITE TO PEMRA ON 22ND APRIL TO CANCEL THE GEO’S LICENCE AFTER THE COAS VISITED THE ISI HQ WHERE HE WAS PRESENTED THE DOCUMENTS OF THE ANTI-STATE ACTIVITIES OF GEO.
 
GEO WILL HAVE TO BE BANNED AND ITS OPERATORS WILL HAVE TO BE TRIED FOR SEDITION IF THE PMLN-LED GOVERNMENT IS TO SURVIVE THE INCIDENT. THAT’S FOR SURE.

BUT I AM SO CONF– — USED TO SEE GEO TV AND THEIR ANCHORS.DO THEY BELONG TO  PAKISTAN OR SOME OTHER COUNTRY
 WHY OUR GOVERNMENT IS NOT SUSPENDING THEIR (GEO TV) LISENCE
AND STOP SHOWING ALL OVER PAKISTAN.

In a talk show on ARY on 19 April’14 ,while discussing the attack on Hamid Mir,
Khwaja Rohail Asghar,MNA OF PML N,enquired .
I quote,”IS ISI A FIGHTING FORCE OR AN INVESTIGATION FORCE”
while this reflects very adversely on the competence ,knowledge and understanding of the working of our vital State Institutions,on the part of our leaders or so called,
It also explains why baseless accusations are made.
In response Gen Amjad Shoaib condemned the attack and rightfully demanded that,
Once the accusation is proved false,the accusers and their sponsors (GEO TV) must be prosecuted.
In NEWS today dated 20 April ,The JANG group through ANSAR ABBASI has demanded the resignation of DG ISI..
THE DELIBERATE MALIGNING OF ARMY,ISI AT THE BEHEST OF GEO,PROBABLY BACKED BY SOME GOVT PERSONS AND ZARDARI INCORPORATED TOGETHER WITH GEO’s INDIAN PARTNERS,
HAS A WELL DEFINED AGENDA.
EARLIER THE ISI AND ARMY WERE BLAMED FOR BB’s murder,BUGTI,LAL MASJID ETC.
THE VITRIOLIC ANTI ARMY ATTACKS BY THE GANG OF KASHMIRI KHWAJAS WHICH HAVE BEEN DULY TAKEN COGNISANCE OF BY THE POWERS TO BE,
ARE A GRIM  REMINDER OF THE CONSPIRACY HATCHED BY THE CORRUPT AGAIN ST OUR VALIANT ARMED FORCES.IN THE BACKDROP OF HAMID MIR’s QUESTION TO HILLARY CLINTON ABOUT THE “DG ISI SHOULD BE A CIVILIAN OR FROM THE ARMY”,
IS ANY FURTHER PROOF REQUIRED.?OF THE EVIL NEXUS ,IT’S DESIGNS AND WISHES.
THEY WANT TO DEFEAT OUR OWN ARMY’s SPIRIT TO FIGHT THE TERRORISTS .They do not want the well meaning ” TO STAND UP TO THE ROTTEN CORRUPT MAFIA IN THE MEDIA AND POLITICIANS”.

The way Geo has reacted and made false accusations against ISI speaks their mind set

The way Hamid Mir’s brother blamed ISI and levelled baseless allegations must be condemned.

 

PM Nawaz Sharif  should have, at least, suspended their license and instituted cases against Geo anchors and all those maligning the name of ISI the funniest thing came from Ansar Abbasi who demanded resignation of Gen Zaheer

 

By the way who is he? Whom he represents? If this is freedom of press we don’t deserve it

 

What happened to Mir is bad and must be condemned and culprits taken to ask

We also pray for his early recovery but the reaction was equally bad

 

Hakim Saeed, Salahuddin great journalist were killed but they did not put blame on anybody.

 

Our so called anchors must exercise caution and show patience and wait for the investigation instead of accusing premier intelligence agency of the country

PAKISTANIS REACTIONS TO FIFTH COLUMNIST GEO MANAGEMENT’S GHADAARI (TREACHERY) PART 2

HAMID MIR INCIDENT

 

Hamid Mir of GEO has been shot at in Karachi and injured. It is detestable and deplorable. Hamid Mir is a journalist and TV anchor of his self-styled ‘Capital Talk’. The viewers of Capital Talk differ drastically on likeness and approval of viewpoints expressed by participants and those of Hamid Mir. At times his 50 minutes programme is good and at times boring and waste of time.

 

Attack on Hamid Mir could have been made by TTP, Afghan Terrorists, miscreants, target killers of Karachi and/or agencies or for that matter some bored viewers too.  But GEO wasted no time to display the picture of Gen. Zaheer, the ISI Chief as a sure shot killer. GEO kept the display for some 40 minutes and tried all and sundry, directly and indirectly, connected with Hamid Mir and kept pestering that it was the general in uniform as the main accused, just because Hamid had secretly said this to his family and close ones. It was like the quickest trial and fastest judgment passed by GEO.

 

 I consider this ‘drama’ by GEO as most condemnable and more condemnable when GEO totally overlooks the death of 42 in Pano Aqil bus accident. This has exposed GEO and its ulterior motives. GEO is watched the world over and by friends and foes (Hardly any friends—mostly foes) and they made mockery of our uniformed army generals. Some even went on to classify our army and generals as ‘uniformed terrorists’. What a shameful thing for GEO to show?

 

 I have same questions which I had in case of Malala.  Is Hamid Mir (Like Malala) the only victim of terrorists whom we are fostering and now negotiating with? Is killing attempt on Hamid Mir a remote and unique incident? Is Hamid Mir the last name in the comity of journalism? Why can’t we stop GEO to stop maligning Pakistan with their cheap self projecting and popularity-gaining stunts?

 

And lastly, where are true and patriotic journalists to step forward and call spade a spade and why can’t they expose GEO and its anti-Islam and anti-Pakistan stance?  Let us expose those anti-Pakistan journalists working for fat salaries and perquisites for the enemies of Pakistan.

 

Let us save Pakistan. PAKISTAN ZINDABAD

PAKISTANIS REACTIONS TO GEO TREACHERY-I

 

 


  1. ISI especially the DG ISI himself does not have to pick up on such small people as Hamid Mir. He is nobody. He is not more important than the security of Pakistan or for that matter more important than Pakistan. He is a maniac minting money and a traitor since he plays the game of the our arch enemy, India. 

     

  2. It seems that Mir Shakil Ur Rahman is another person who is disloyal & insincere to Pakistan and totally pro-India & traitor to our sacred homeland. His game is clear, to malign Pakistan’s military and ISI to satisfy his masters, the USA-India-Israel nexus. The game plan will end with control of Pakistan’s strategic assets by this ‘nexus of evil’ for Pakistan. 

     

  3. Hamid Mir is a mouse & a rat in the entire game plan, who is fed with dollars to fill his appetite & greedy demeanor that has no bounds of religion & nationhood. As long as he is fed with dollars, he will continue barking as a dog. And let the dog bark! 

     

  4. His other anchor colleagues are no better. Let them also bark and bark with Hamid Mir in chorus. Our country and honor is more important than these barking dogs. 

     

  5. Now for the Government of Pakistan! The Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz), the  party in power and helm of affairs is now the focus of attention. What decision will they take in the interest of Pakistan! Ban this Geo TV right today, take away citizenship of Mir Shakil Ur Rahman, and let him beg his masters to give him their citizenship, try all the Anchors especially this tadpole, Hamid Mir for treason OR indecision, wait & see policy, which is the characteristic trait of Nawaz Sharif.

     

  6. Without any basis, proof, signature or evidence of ISI’s involvement in the attack on Hamid Mir, the nincompoop, they all are threatening the very security of Pakistan by maligning state security institutions. 

     

  7. Wake up Nawaz Sharif! Or are you happy sitting with the two  ‘Khawajas’ and happily rejoicing with what’s going on the Geo TV!
