The United States Supreme Court honors Muhammad( صلى الله عليه وسلم‎ ), the Prophet of All Times, as a Source of Law and Justice

Beloved Muslims Don’t Let Mischief Mongers Hijack Isq-i-Rasul (صلى الله عليه وسلم‎)

Protest

We love Muhammad (صلى الله عليه وسلم‎), we follow his Seerat

In the battle of Pen (after the blasphemous movie), kindly, go to Newsweek’s Face Book site, (before they lock it) and register your outrage at the blasphemy.

“Whoever among you sees an evil action, let him change it with his hand [by taking action]; if he cannot, then with his tongue [by speaking out]; and if he cannot, then with his heart [by hating it and feeling that it is wrong] – and that is the weakest of faith” (Narrated by Muslim, 49)

Please Act Now:

Today, almost whole of Muslim world feels saddened by a cycle of action and reaction of hate speech/movie spread by a handful of mischief mongers. Please use the attached, as possible background material, to get a rational discussion going. As you know, many American have little knowledge of the reverence and respect, the Founding Fathers of US held our Beloved Nabi-i-Karim (صلى الله عليه وسلم‎ ).

Kindly, read the Schenck Case, where, incendiary speech is considered abridged in the Right of Free Speech given in the First Amendment of the US Constitution.

The Case

The Schenck case

Holmes, writing for a unanimous Court, ruled that it was a violation of the Espionage Act of 1917, (amended with the Sedition Act of 1918), to distribute flyers opposing the draft during World War IHolmes argued this abridgment of free speech was permissible because it presented a “clear and present danger” to the government’s recruitment efforts for the war. Holmes wrote:

The most stringent protection of free speech would not protect a man falsely shouting fire in a theater and causing a panic. […] The question in every case is whether the words used are used in such circumstances and are of such a nature as to create a clear and present danger that they will bring about the substantive evils that Congress has a right to prevent.

Holmes wrote of falsely shouting fire, because, of course, if there were a fire in a crowded theater, one may rightly indeed shout “Fire!”; one may, depending on the law in operation, even be obliged to. Falsely shouting “Fire!” in a crowded theater, i.e. shouting “Fire!” when one believes there to be no fire in order to cause panic, was interpreted not to be protected by the First Amendment.

The First Amendment holding in Schenck was later overturned by Brandenburg v. Ohio in 1969, which limited the scope of banned speech to that which would be directed to and likely to incite imminent lawless action (e.g. a riot). The test in Brandenburg is the current High Court jurisprudence on the ability of government to proscribe speech after that fact. Despite Schenck being limited, the phrase “shouting fire in a crowded theater” has since come to be known as synonymous with an action that the speaker believes goes beyond the rights guaranteed by free speech, reckless or malicious speech, or an action whose outcomes are blatantly obvious.

US Supreme Court Building

Also please note that the US Supreme Court Building has the name of Nabi-i-Karim (PBUH), and his sculpture  (the sculptor being a Christian did not know that depicting Nabi-i-Karim (SAW) is considered idolatrous in Islam). This is what is written:

The United States Supreme Court honors Muhammad, the Prophet of Islam, as a source of law and justice alongside Moses, Solomon, and Confucius. He is depicted in the Courtroom Frieze among the great law-givers of mankind.

Muslims understand that depictions of the Prophet are unlawful. However, in this case, this depiction created by a non-Muslim was done with the intention of honoring Islam and making the statement that Islam is an important part of American life and history. From the Supreme Court’s website:

The Prophet of Islam. He is depicted holding the Qur’an. The Qur’an provides the primary source of Islamic Law. Prophet Muhammad’s teachings explain and implement Qur’anic principles. The figure above is a well-intentioned attempt by the sculptor, Adolph Weinman, to honor Muhammad(PBUH) and it bears no resemblance to Muhammad(PBUH). Muslims generally have a strong aversion to sculptured or pictured representations of their Prophet.

At this critical time in America’s relationship with the Muslim world, it is important to recognize this work of art as a symbol of the friendship America’s founding fathers had with Islam, as reflected in the Treaty of Friendship, one of the earliest treaties between the United States and a Muslim country, Morocco:

This is a Treaty of Peace and Friendship established between us and the United States of America, which is confirmed, and which we have ordered to be written in this Book and sealed with our Royal Seal at our Court of Morocco on the twenty fifth day of the blessed Month of Shaban, in the Year One thousand two hundred, trusting in God it will remain permanent…

Let’s protest with our pens according to the tenets our Deen, the Message of Peace!

In the battle of Pen (after the blasphemous movie), kindly, go to Newsweek’s Face Book site, (before they lock it)

and express your feelings about the freedom of expression versus incendiary speech. This is our peaceful way to show our Isq-i-Rasul to those who demonize our Deen. Even one line is enough. It will take 1 minute to write.

Hate Speech:Newsweek’s ‘Muslim Rage’ cover sparks wave of scorn

PARIS — Newsweek’s front page about the deadly protests currently sweeping the Muslim world has sparked a storm of controversy and derision on Twitter as netizens mock the magazine’s headline “Muslim Rage.”

“Lost nephew at the airport but can’t yell for him because his name is Jihad. #MuslimRage,” one Twitter user mocked online.

“Man next to me on subway reading Koran on his Samsung Galaxy tablet just offered his seat to an older lady. #MUSLIMRAGE truly affects us all,” another netizen from New York posted on his account.

The front page shows a photo of angry Muslim protesters shouting and putting their hands in the air, under the headline “Muslim Rage” and a sub-headline “How I survived it, how we can end it.”

The cover story (http://bit.ly/Pies0D) is written by Ayaan Hirsi Ali, a well-known Somali-born rights activist and former Dutch lawmaker whose criticism of Islam has earned her death threats.

In it, she describes her own experience of renouncing Islam as well as making a short film with Theo van Gogh about Muslim women that saw the Dutch filmmaker shot and stabbed to death.

The article comes as Muslims in at least 20 countries have staged angry demonstrations outside US embassies and other American symbols in protest against an anti-Islam film called “Innocence of Muslims.”

The crude, low-budget movie — believed to have been produced by a small group of extremist Christian Americans — mocks the Prophet Mohammed and portrays Muslims as immoral and gratuitously violent.

A trailer for the film appeared on YouTube last week, sparking the violent backlash that has seen more than 30 people killed so far.

Newsweek’s cover — and subsequent attempts on the magazine’s Twitter page to encourage netizens to comment using the hashtag #MuslimRage — have meanwhile unleashed a different kind of backlash.

“Well done Newsweek, bring a well-known anti-Islam activist and get them to write your cover story titled #MuslimRage on how to stop it,” one netizen responded.

Entertainment and media blog Gawker on Tuesday published 13 widely retweeted photos poking fun at “Muslim Rage”, such as a picture of teenagers blowing bubbles in a square under the caption “violent, angry Egyptians.”

Another Tweeter posted a mock-up version of the magazine cover called “Anti-Muslim Rage”, with photos of crying children under the captions “Iraq War” and “Drones.”

But Newsweek responded that its cover “accurately depicts the events of the past week.”

“Our covers and hashtags bring attention and spark debate around topics of major global importance and the internet is an open forum for people to continue their own discussion,” spokesman Andrew Kirk told AFP.

Pakistan’s Hongqi-9 (HQ-9) Anti-Missile System

In October 2003, it was announced that China had sold its FT-2000 anti-radiation system, which uses HQ-9 missiles, to Pakistan as part of the latter’s military buildup against India.
Country: China, Pakistan
Basing: Land, Sea

The Hongqi-9 (HQ-9) is a long-range, high-altitude, surface-to-air missile system developed and manufactured by China, designed to track and destroy aircraft, cruise missiles, air-to-surface missiles, and tactical ballistic missiles. It incorporates technology from the Russian S-300P (NATO: SA-10 Grumble), the U.S. Patriot missile, and preexisting Chinese systems. (1) At present, China is outfitting its Type 052C destroyers with a naval variant of the HQ-9.(2)

China’s decision to develop and manufacture its own anti-missile system is a manifestation of its twenty-first century goal of achieving what political scientists refer to as “great power status”—the buildup of political, economic, and military strength. A key ingredient of “great power status” is military modernization, in China’s case the renovation of certain outdated aspects of the People’s Liberation Army (PLA).(3) In particular, China has concentrated its recent efforts on boosting its offensive and defensive missile capabilities in order to compete with the U.S. and other Western powers.

Beijing’s specific emphasis on air and missile defense has its roots in the 1991 Persian Gulf War, during which China observed the complete supremacy of U.S. and Coalition air power in Iraq. The ability of the U.S. to decimate Iraq’s ground-based military with cruise missiles and smart bombs served to highlight China’s relative inability to defend its major cities, military assets, industrial complexes, and other high-value assets against such an attack. The development of China’s HQ-9 surface-to-air missile, therefore, is rooted in its observation and understanding of U.S. military power.(4)

Ironically, Beijing has ranked among the most vociferous opponents of U.S. missile defense, having denounced various U.S. initiatives during the Clinton administration, and more recently, the Bush administration’s decision in 2002 to withdraw from the 1972 ABM Treaty.(5) Yet in recent years, China has followed a comprehensive two-track plan to bolster its own air and missile defenses: (1) the purchase of Russian surface-to-air missiles and (2) the development of its own missile defense systems.(6)

An example of this “redundant” acquisition and development program is China’s purchase of S-300P missiles from Russia, and the manufacturing of its own HQ-9 system.(7) The HQ-9, in particular, demonstrates China’s end goal of a comprehensive air and missile defense shield.(8) In a report to Congress on May 28, 2004, the U.S. Department of Defense emphasized this very point:

Significant developments over the past few years to improve China’s integrated air defense system include . . . [the] development of a land-based version of the long-range HQ-9, to precede a naval version, designed to be a long-range counter to high-performance aircraft, cruise missiles, ASMs, and tactical ballistic missiles.(9)

It is important to note, however, that the HQ-9 has been in development since the mid-1990s. In 1993, China purchased a large batch of S-300P missiles from Russia, and allegedly obtained a copy of the U.S. Patriot missile from Israel (although Israel denies that such a transfer took place).(10) The Chinese immediately began incorporating the S-300P and Patriot technology into their own air and missile defense system, the HQ-9. In 1997, the U.S. Office of Naval Intelligence suggested that “technology from advanced Western systems may be incorporated into the HQ-9.”(11) That same year, an official at a Russian missile design bureau acknowledged that the HQ-9 would incorporate the Patriot guidance and propulsion systems, thus confirming U.S. suspicions.(12)

According to missile defense expert David A. Fulghum, “[the HQ-9] uses a seeker-aided ground guidance system. The seeker on the missile sends target data back to the ground, which then correlates the target data for an intercept.”(13) It is assumed that the HQ-9’s seeker is similar to the Patriot’s “Track-via-Missile” guidance system.(14) Such a system, if actually used by the Chinese, would allow the HQ-9 interceptor missile to fly straight toward its target and explode at the point of nearest approach, thus completely destroying the incoming ballistic missile (or aircraft) or knocking it far enough off course so that it misses its intended target. During the Persian Gulf War, the U.S. Patriot Advanced Capability-2 system, which employs “Track-via-Missile,” destroyed its targets between 40 and 70 percent of the time.

In addition to its land-based deployments, the HQ-9 has been recently modified to complement China’s burgeoning naval forces. Over the past few months, the People’s Liberation Army Navy (PLAN) hasoutfitted two Type 052C destroyers with naval variants of the HQ-9, estimated to have a range of 65 nautical miles. Each Type 052C destroyer (similar to the U.S. Aegis destroyer) has six vertical launchers carrying approximately 36 missiles, as well as a phased-array radar system.(15) Initial reports indicate that the naval HQ-9 has a range of 65 nautical miles. The Type 052C destroyers will most likely be based at either Guangzhou or Zhanjiang.(16)

ZARDARI’S ISHQ OF MARC GROSSMAN IS GREATER THAN ISQ OF RASUL-I-KARIM

ZARDARI’S ISHQ OF MARC GROSSMAN, A YAHOODI IS GREATER THAN ISQ OF RASUL-I-KARIM

After the news of blasphemous caricature film, by a devilish of our beloved Rasul-i-Karim came out, whole of the Islamic world was on fire. Eik Yahoodi aur Ek Isaii ke guth joor!

Zardari was having a good time with Marc Grossman, when this blasphemous film came out. He was lost in alcoholic stupor for a week, till he realized, that the fire of Pakistanis heart, is reaching his doorsteps. But, no worry. He has Islamabad police and and his blood brother, the Sipah Salar’s 111 Brigade ready to protect him. while the reputation of Pyarey Nabi was being tarnished, Zardari cared more for his own protection than the sentiments of Pakistanis. The same goes for the Phelee Phirnay walah jat Ghanwar ka luthh, Nai Pervaiz Ashraf Bonga!

But, what was Asif Ali Zardari’s response:-SILENCE.

ZARDARI’S ISHQ OF DOLLARS GREATER THAN ISQ OF RASUL-I-KARIM.

He worships MAMMON, as his lifestyle displays.

WHEN HE IS SIX FOOT DEEP IN GRAVE, NONE OF HIS WEALTH WOULD SAVE HIM

This man has properties all over Europe, the United States, Cayman Islands, and Dubai. He has stolen several billion dollars from Pakistan’s treasury. Pakistanis were hit by the devastating blow of blasphemous caricature film. But, Zardari was unfazed. He traveled as usual to his weekend home of Dubai.

ARE PAKISTANI PHUDOOS, TO BELIEVE ZARDARI?

Zardari will make “phudoos,” out of Pakistanis, by his “emotional acting,” at the UN. Its guaranteed. This matriculate cannot write a paragraph. All his speeches are written by Farooq Naik, Hussain haqqani, and host of Ghost Writers,” from English Departments of presitigious Pakistani Universities.

THE COMING ZARDARI SPEECH FULL OF HYPOCRISY AND SOPHISTRY AT UN SHOULD WIN HIM AN OSCAR

HE WILL GIVE AN OSCAR WINNING PERFORMANCE WITH HIS RIGHTEOUS WRATH AND PHONY RHETORIC AT THE UN, AND A COTERIE PAKISTANIS PPP JIYALAS AND SYCOPHANTIC FOREIGN SERVICE SIFARISHI BUREAUCRATS WILL SAY, “WAH,WAH!”ZARDARI NAY MAIDAN MAR LIYA. ZARDARI TOH BAHUT BARA RASUL KA ASIQ HAI.

BUT, HOW MANY TEACHINGS OF RASUL-I-KARIM, ZARDARI PRACTICES IN HIS OWN LIFE?

IF, THIS IS NOT HYPOCRISY WHAT IS?

Yes, we know, he will come to the United Nation and harangue them with hypocritical platitudes. How much of his life reflects Isq-i-Rasul? He will blatantly and impudently express “phony anger.” at the UN. Zardari is no different in his love of money and fame; from the devil who made this blaphemous piece of balderdash. Zardari has not been seen in Pakistan, since this crisis occured. If he was a sincere and a true leader, he would have calmed the nation, and applied balm of soothing words to the bleeding spirits and deeply wounded souls of 180 million people. But, he is an Amrikan Pithu! How can he say anything against the masters, whose boots, he licks every day. Where was his his Isq-i-Rasul?

VICEROY OF PAKISTAN- ZARDARI KA YAHOODI AQAA

He was too busy knoodling with his buddy, the yahoodi, Marc Grossman, the Viceroy of Amrika for Pakistan.

WASHINGTON (JTA) — The Obama administration has tapped veteran Jewish diplomats Mara Rudman and Marc Grossman for senior posts.

President Obama said Wednesday that he is nominating Rudman to the top State Department post administering assistance to the Middle East through the U.S. Agency for International Development.

Rudman, who has served in senior posts on both the Clinton and Obama National Security Councils, has been involved in a number of groups promoting peace talks in the Middle East and was a senior official with the International Commission on Holocaust Era Insurance Claims.

Should she be confirmed by the U.S. Senate, she would likely play a key role in defending the allocation of about $500 million in assistance to the Palestinians against attempts by congressional Republicans to roll back some Palestinian aid.

Grossman reportedly is set to replace Richard Holbrooke, who died in December, as the administration’s top envoy to Pakistan and Afghanistan.

A career diplomat until he retired in 2005, Grossman has served in senior State Department positions and was the ambassador to Turkey in the mid-1990s.

U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton was set to announce Grossman’s appointment on Friday, The Washington Post reported this week.

Cohen and Rudman outside of government have served in senior positions at the Cohen Group, a lobbying outfit established by William Cohen, a former defense secretary.

Zardari cares less for the humble Kalee Kamlee Walah, Humara Pyara Nabi, Hamaray Dil Ka Tukra,.Humari Jaan Jis Pay Qurban, Humara Sarkar -i-Do Alam! Zardari cares more for the stolen billions lying in some Bank Vault of Cayman Islands, Monaco, Luxembourg, US Treasury Bonds, UBS, Barclays, or Fort Knox, protected by his Patrons or in the Bank of England. How can Zardari, a Malaaoun, speak against another blasphemer malaoon. It is akin to a pot calling a kettle black.

His bumbler paindoo representative, the uncouth bucolic yokel, and a pindi ka nai, Raja Pervaiz Ashraf, tried to cover his conniving master. Then there is another munafiq, who has mastered the art of gab, none other than the Minister of Information, the dishevelled and malodorous, Qamaruzzaman Kaira, who was on channel hoping spree all over Pakistan TV, trying to defend his keeper, Zardari’s absence.

It is heart wrenching to see Pakistan, a country founded by a suave and sophisticated Barrister Quaid-i-Azam, turn into a “tharaa,” of thieves, pick pockets, womanizers, pimps, rahiswat khoors, sharabis, and political goondas.

The so-called, President House in Islamabad, is the site of lurid midnight parties, scotch, and bourbon. The plush furniture is used for the smelly feet of Bilawal and fatty toes of Bakhtawar. The aroma of of the horse manure from the Presidency stables wafts into the abode of Zardari, to him this is fragrance of Naudero. This evil smell represent his psyche and provides a balm for his corrupted soul.

The Poor and Middle Class Of Pakistan Suffers Zardaris Hell

The backs of Pakistani Mazdoor, Kissans, and Wage Earners are getting bent from the weight of supporting families. Some have many daughters, who cannot be married off, because of the low salaries of wage earners. Others have turned to crime and hijacking cell phones and cars. But, the piglets raised by Zardari’s sycophants and cronies, from the stables of Sindh ride around in Islamabad in flashy cars, breaking all traffic laws, and intimidating hapless Islamabad policemen with their “dadee’s-wrath.” These are the nuthfaa-iharaam, raised on haraam ka paisa are piglet of  “harami” bureucrats of Islamabad most of them imported from Sindh and Punjab by Zardari, the Ghengis Khan of Hades. Thousands of Pakistani haris are dying in the flooded plains of Indus, while Nero Zardari and his Orderly, Kayani enjoy the climes of Islamabad. Their actions are louder than their word.To them “to hell with Pakistan, as long as they and their cronies fill their ample coffers.” But, they do not here the soft sound of bell ringing from a not too far distance, inviting them to come to their eternal abode, the bottom pit of Dozuq. There is Higher Justice, whose Sword will Strike these Criminals, when they would least expect it. It is just a matter of time.

You who believe! be upholders of justice, bearing witness for Allah alone, even against yourselves or your parents and relatives. Whether they are rich or poor, Allah is well able to look after them. Do not follow your own desires and deviate from the truth. If you twist or turn away, Allah is aware of what you do. Protesters march towards US consulates in Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar

ISLAMABAD: Violent protests against the anti-Islam film continued across the country on Monday as demonstrators marched towards the US consulates in Lahore, Karachi and Peshawar, and two protesters were killed in Upper Dir.

The police baton-charged and fired teargas shells to disperse charged crowds, who also burnt US flags and chanted slogans. Two persons were killed and two others injured when the police in Upper Dir allegedly opened fire at the protesters. The angry protesters, which included students, set on fire the local Press Club after they alleged that journalists were refusing to cover the rally.

The situation turned violent after the killing of a protester, identified as Muhammad, who was a vendor. The provoked protesters also torched government offices and vehicles.Eyewitness said the police arrested some students after they torched the Press Club. Demonstrators then shifted their protest to outside the police station and pelted stones at the building. They said the police fired on protesters, killing one person and injuring three others. One of the injured, who was a student, later expired at the hospital.

However, a journalist from Wari who requested anonymity said journalists had not refused to cover the rally. “How can we do that? It’s our job and this is the age of competition. We cannot afford missing a story,” he said by phone. The journalist said several journalists sustained injuries in the protests, adding that the protesters would have killed them if they had not been shifted to a safer place. The journalist said someone misinformed the students that journalists were not present to cover the rally. “They marched to the Press Club and then set it on fire. I think someone instigated them to do so,” he said.

Meanwhile, the district coordination officer in a communiqué said educational institutions would remain closed for three days. In Lahore, protesters of the Majlis-e-Wahdat Muslemin (MWM) tried to reach the US consulate to hand over a memorandum, but the police dispersed them.

The protesters mainly comprising youth and women clashed with the police for over one hour, raising slogans against the US and Zionists, and braving baton-charge and tear-gassing. A few youth even crossed over several fences lined with barbed wires and iron barricades on Empress Road to reach a few yards away from the consulate building. They pulled down a US flag hoisted on a kiosk and brought it back to the main cordon of police amidst policemen chasing them and beating them with batons. There they set fire to the US flag as a mark of triumph and ended their protest.

The slogan chanting protesters then staged a sit-in for nearly one hour before they dispersed peacefully. Several protesters received injuries from the baton-charge. The protesters also set ablaze the US and Israeli flags following the protest outside the Lahore Press Club.

MWM Punjab General Secretary Abdul Khaliq Asadi, while addressing the charged protesters, warned the rulers against stooping so low in their US slavery and forgetting how to protect the honour of the Prophet (PBUH) and shoot and killing their own citizens protesting against blasphemy.

Asadi demanded that the rulers shun US slavery and sever ties with Washington and expel all US diplomats and other officials. He also condemned the Sindh government for shooting down MWM protesters outside the US consulate in Karachi and wounding several others, alleging “the Sindh government proved beyond any doubt that they were working to protect US interests and were more loyal to Washington than to the Holy Prophet (PBUH)”.

In Karachi, police fired in the air to disperse a crowd headed towards the US consulate to protest against the blasphemous film. A senior police official said 30 students were arrested at the demonstration organised by the Islami Jamiat Talaba. Protesters on motorcycles and in cars headed towards the US consulate, prompting police to open fire in the air and use teargas.

Protesters threw rocks at the police and damaged one of their vehicles. Around 100 people roamed the roads and alleys near the sprawling consulate. Members of different political parties, student organisations and trade bodies also protested in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. In the provincial capital, the activists of Islami Jamiat Talaba held a protest procession from the Agricultural University. They blocked the main Jamrud Road by staging a sit-in.

Activists of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz, Jamaat-e-Islami, traders and members of Printers and Publishers Association staged separate protest rallies in the city.
