Russia does not trust India anymore.  Russians have begun to realize the duplicitious nature of India’s Foreign and Defense Policy. India also has passed on information on Russian Missile Technology to US, which would help it to develop counter measures, against a Russian missile attack. CAD designs, specifications, and information on satellite data collection have been passed on by Indians to Americans.  The Russians have now become cautious about disclosing their defense secrets to India.  In recent past, ” HVF officials discovered that Russia had withheld key T-90S technologies without valid reason. This included technology for crucial components like the tank
