Peshawar Attacks: Several Theories Blame RAW for Military School MassacrE
Former Pakistani President Pervez Musharraf is certainly not the only one pointing fingers at the country’s closest neighbour India and its intelligence agency RAW for the massacre at the Army Public School, as many in Pakistan believe it to be true.
Late on Wednesday evening, Musharraf toldCNN-IBN that Maulana Fazlullah, the Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan commander was trained by RAW and supported by former Karzai government for carrying out the terror attacks in Peshawar’s Army Public School.
His allegations simply seem to echo the general perception of the fundamentalists in Pakistan. Jamaat-ud-Dawa (JuD) chief Hafiz Saeed has also alleged that India was behind the Peshawar attack and jihadis must target India in retaliation
Earlier in the day Mubashir Luqman, a Pakistani TV host, said that the Pakistani government had intelligence inputs days before the attack that India’s RAW was planning a major terrorist attack in the country.
Luqman claimed that there were ‘confirmed’ reports of a terrorist strike that was orchestrated by India, but despite that the Pakistani government failed to act on the intelligence.
Luqman’s claims stems from a report that was published in Pakistan on 13 December, which stated that Indian secret security agency has completed its preparations for a terrorist attack.
Where The Humanity Does Stands? The Bloodiest Day Of Pakistan.
At least 140 people, most of them children, were killed on Tuesday after Taliban gunmen broke into a school in the Pakistani city of Peshawar and opened fire, witnesses said, in the bloodiest massacre the country has seen for years.
The attack at a military-run high school attended by at least 500 students, many of them children of army personnel, struck at the heart of Pakistan’s military establishment, an assault certain to enrage the country’s powerful army.
The Pakistani Taliban has vowed to step up attacks in response to a major army operation against the insurgents in the tribal areas. Taliban wants to punish Peshawar Army through this attack but they killed the little kids.
More than eight hours after militants entered the school compound, the military declared the operation to flush them out over.
Peshawar’s Army Public School principal Tahira Kazi’s only fault was that she fell in love with a Pakistan Army soldier and was married to him. Tahira was burnt alive in front of her students in the attack by Taliban gunmen who massacred 142 people of which 132 were innocent schoolchildren and 10 were teachers
